The header had seagrant as the highest ranking optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by illinois, indiana, and illinois-indiana which isn't as urgent as seagrant. The other words seagrant.ncsa.illinois.edu uses is uiuc. ncsa is included and will not be viewed by search crawlers.
